Six-Month Engagement Commitment

Each coaching engagement begins with a minimum 180-day commitment. Research shows that sustainable behavioral change and performance improvement take time—typically six months or more—to set goals, implement strategies, build new habits, and evaluate results.

While breakthroughs can happen early in the process, meaningful and lasting transformation requires time. Clients retain full control of the engagement and may pause or conclude services with notice at any time.

Custom Assessment Tools

To establish a baseline for development, we often create tailored assessment tools focused on emotional intelligence, creative problem-solving, leadership style, and innovation readiness. In many cases, we implement a 360-degree feedback process that includes input from direct reports, peers, and supervisors.

Data collected from these assessments is synthesized and presented confidentially to the executive, supporting self-awareness and targeted growth planning.

Quarterly and Final Reports

Progress reporting is tailored to meet the needs of the client and sponsoring organization. We may provide:

  • Quantitative updates showing percentage of goal achievement

  • Qualitative narratives outlining progress toward specific milestones

  • Optional monthly debrief calls

  • Comprehensive quarterly or final reports that assess impact and ROI

Importantly, we never compromise the confidentiality of the coach-coachee relationship. Reports are prepared with the coachee’s consent and shared in a manner that maintains trust and professionalism.
