Paul Seroka
Small Business Advisor, Executive Coach and Fractional Chief Operating Officer
Paul Seroka has served as a board-level corporate development advisor to hundreds of executives, private investors and entrepreneurs. He focuses on corporate development, strategic marketing and works with creative professionals to apply digital and social media technology to help executives achieve their business-oriented objectives. His practice areas are Branding / Corporate Communications, Business Development / Marketing Strategy, Customer / Media / Investor Relations, and Financial Advisory / Tax Services.
His management consulting services include customer acquisition, lead generation, online reputation management and relationship building programs across multiple disciplines.
Over the past 40 years, Paul has acquired an expertise in the consumer products, financial services, food service, energy, real estate, and professional service market segments. Between 1995 and 2002, he was the Chief Marketing Officer at three high-growth companies while providing services to his corporate clients and earning a NYU e-commerce certificate. He has provided management advisory services to over 65 industry sectors, including leading companies such as Apple, IBM, Nestle Foods, and Time Inc.
Seroka brings a global management perspective to each engagement and enjoys supporting clients that desire working with a results-oriented, strategic marketing communications professional. He completed the TRIUM MBA degree, a global executive management program conferred by the NYU Stern School of Business, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and HEC School of Management in Paris. He is an executive and organizational coach certified by New York University. Before he started his consulting career, Paul earned an M.A. degree in Public Affairs from Fordham University, and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Oswego State University.
Fun Facts: Between May 1 - Oct 31,2025 Paul will follow his passion for outdoor exercise and travel to serve golf professionals, their teams and members at leading country clubs throughout the NY and CT area to support his valued clients Troon and FootJoy. He has developed an expertise within the golf and hospitality industry and plans to work the Ryder Cup International golf tournament at Bethpage Black golf course between Sept 22 and 28 to support the FootJoy brand in their merchandise tent.
