At The Seroka Group, we developed our own proprietary consulting methodology and conduct confidential conversations to help clients gain clarity on their specific goals. We support them in assessing where they are with their current strategies, where they want to go in the future, and what action steps are required to achieve their desired results. 

We serve as their trusted advisor, and manage creative resources and use new technologies to generate results for clients.   One of the unique differentiators is that we bring to each new engagement a diversified industry perspective, new ideas, initiative, objectivity and the business savvy required for implementing change.

Paul Seroka, our chief marketing communications officer, has advised hundreds of executives at more than 65 corporations previously serving as a senior marketing executive for three high growth companies, in the food service, energy and technology industries. He develops business-to-business, and business-to-consumer strategies and has led hundreds of process-oriented programs for publicly traded global organizations, mid-size regional firms and high-growth, privately-held companies.  

As an NYU Certified Executive Coach, Seroka’s counsel is also sought by business professionals that are stuck in their career and want to move forward to achieve a specific goal, or gain a new insight.
