Paul Seroka, as a fractional Chief Operating Officer, leads all client engagements and will build a project team to deliver results. With prior experience as a senior marketing communications executive in the food service, energy, and technology sectors, Paul has advised hundreds of executives across more than 65 industry sectors. His experience spans business-to-business and business-to-consumer strategy, and includes developing and executing complex, process-oriented programs for publicly traded global companies, regional firms, and fast-growing private enterprises.
In addition to his global management education and expertise, Paul is an NYU-Certified Executive Coach. He helps clients in transition and is called upon by professionals who feel stuck in their careers and seek personalized coaching to gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and reach the next level of personal or professional growth.
